β¦ Other important design detailsΒ»The more accurate your reference and description are, the better I can recreate your character.
02 β SMALL REVISIONSSmall revisions are FREE.Examples:β¦ Adding an accessory
β¦ Adding/changing a PIECE of clothing (not the whole clothes)
β¦ Minor color changes
β¦ Small markings
β¦ Minor character details
β¦ Small correctionsSmall revisions are intended for minor adjustments, not complete redraws.
03 β MAJOR REVISIONSMajor revisions require an additional fee.Examples include:β¦ Completely changing the character design
β¦ Reworking a large portion of the artwork
β¦ Changing the composition
β¦ Requesting a completely different pose
β¦ Restarting the artwork from scratch
β¦ Making extensive changes because important information was not provided beforehandPlease make sure your character reference and details are complete before I begin working!If the requested change requires me to redo a substantial amount of work, it will be treated as a major revision.
04 β YCH TURNAROUNDβ¦ My usual estimated working time is 2β3 days.β¦ This does NOT mean your artwork is guaranteed to arrive exactly after 2 days.β¦ The 2β3 day timeframe is an estimated deadline/window intended to give you an idea of how long the process may take.β¦ As I am a student, schoolwork, personal circumstances, technical issues, or unexpected events may cause delays.β¦ Please be patient if your order takes longer than expected.
05 β RUSH YCHβ¦ Rush orders may be accepted depending on my current workload and schedule.β¦ Rush orders require an additional fee.β¦ The rush fee may be double the normal additional fee.β¦ A rush order does not mean I will skip existing orders or school responsibilities.β¦ I reserve the right to decline rush requests if I cannot reasonably accommodate them.
06 β PAYMENTβ¦ YCHs must be paid in half or full. (have to pay half when the initial sketch is finished and no more changes are being done)β¦ Accepted payment methods:PayPal β’ Ko-fiβ¦ Your slot/order is only considered confirmed after payment has been received.β¦ Additional fees for major revisions, commercial use, rush orders, or other services must be paid before those services are provided.
07 β CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDSβ¦ Refund requests are only accepted within 24 hours of payment.β¦ After the 24-hour period, refunds are generally NOT available.β¦ If you need to cancel your YCH, please contact me as soon as possible.β¦ Refunds caused by circumstances on my side may be handled separately.
08 β AI & NFT POLICYYCH artwork may NOT be:β¦ Uploaded to AI generators
β¦ Used for AI training
β¦ Used to generate AI copies or derivatives
β¦ Minted as an NFT
β¦ Tokenized
β¦ Used on blockchain-based projects
β¦ Sold as an AI-generated derivativeAI, NFTs, and blockchain use are strictly prohibited!!
